The French Aura currently ships orders to customers across India.
Delivery Time
Orders are generally delivered within 7–12 business days after successful payment and order processing. Delivery times may vary by location and courier conditions.
Order Processing
Orders are processed after payment is confirmed. Once dispatched, tracking information will be provided where available.
Shipping Charges
Any applicable shipping charge will be shown at checkout before the order is placed.
Delivery Delays
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of weather, courier disruptions, holidays, remote locations, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Incorrect Address
Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order. Delays or failed delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility.
Damaged Packages
If your package or product arrives damaged or broken, please contact us within 3–4 days of delivery. A continuous unboxing video showing the unopened package and the opening process is mandatory for a damage claim.
